A couple 76's will be plenty of turbo for your goals. The 10.2 deck with a 4.25 crank will work well. Mine is 9.8 but I kept mine smaller for a single turbo. Any decent head will work. The primer mount plumbs just like a regular external filter mount. You have your -10 or -12 lines going to and from the engine, just like a regular mount.
