Re-import as an obj if you can. Save as a tool. Close Zbrush. Upload new tool. Open a new project and save then see if you can reopen it. Clean install of Zbrush (last resort)I've just built a new multipupose workstsion for zbrush/ CAD And photoshop and researched this extensively. But specifically for zbrush a good multicore processor, at least 32gb ram and most importantly an nvme gen 4 solid state drive. This allows data to be accessed and written very quickly.
