I know the flooding was bad (in the north) but I was abroad at the time so I can't be sure just how bad it was. We don't seem to be getting any answers as to how bad the flooding was/how deep etc. We just know it was the ground floor and garden. Broxbourne is a lovely place to raise a family. The broxbourne lido is great for days out, you can take a boat ride all the way to Ware and have fish and chips.
