I currently have his almighty attack boosted by almighty amp (50%), almighty boost (25%) and magic ability (25%). If I understand this game correctly then the boost stack multiplicatively, making my damage 1*1.5*1.25*1.25= 2.34. That said, I also understand there is an upper limit to stacking boost abilities, up to 2x.
