Hooter has two different sized & shaped ears...I have no clue who cropped him, but I hope they don't do many more!! These are the pictures I took to the vet when I had Emmie's ears done.

Fresh cropped ears can be left to flop or pull one over head, place a dab of skin bond on it, pull other ear over head and press onto skin bond and they will stay for a few days....
