That being said I do own a fair amount of paperbacks that have French flaps (so not a dust jacket but it still has the flaps on the inside). The only English manga I own with actual dust jackets are the hardcover releases of Akira, the old hardcover release of MW (Osamu Tezuka), and the speed racer manga from the box set.

Italian print quality is fine, nowadays there’s no bleed, or other major issues. Only thing is it looks weird on the shelf. If you still want to avoid it: VIZ media.
